WHAT TO EXPECT

IN GENERAL

You can expect to be greeted warmly by casually dressed (mostly) normal people. You’ll notice right off the bat we have a different kind of culture, that we believe reflects God’s heart more accurately than a stuffy church. We believe that it’s not as much about getting to heaven as it is about bringing heaven to earth. We believe Christ lives in us (and you) and expresses himself through our unique expression. Our Kingdom Culture is one of honor, truth, love, and building each other up to be exactly who we were designed to be.

SUNDAY MORNINGS AT GATEWAY

Whether you are a guest or you’ve been coming for years, we consider you family! Sundays at Gateway Christian Center are when we connect and worship as a community.

  • WORSHIP: Worship is such an awesome time to engage with our creator, whether in a seat with your eyes closed, hands raised, or waving a flag. It’s a time to reset your mind, and open your heart to God’s heart. It goes for about 40 minutes; but if that seems too long we have a fireside room and coffee. Kids stay with us during worship and are dismissed to classrooms afterwards.

  • MESSAGE: Each week the message is designed to transform and empower people to live out the living and active word of God. We have some incredible teachers that will inspire and challenge you to encounter God on a deeper level and see your life transformed. The message goes until about 12:00.

  • PRAYER: Following every service is the opportunity to receive personal prayer with our prayer team.

  • HANG OUT FOR A FEW: After every service enjoy some time connecting! Meet others in our common areas or sanctuary, we want to get to know you and your story.
